The room was tidy and offered real views, making our stay enjoyable; amenities like a fridge, freezer, and kettle were provided; the location is fantastic, being close to the iconic hole-in-the-wall rock formation.

Marvellous location of the hotel to Coffee bay. What's more, it was short walk to five minutes walk to the Hole in the Wall for which the resort is named, and mqanduli. I had a reasonably spacious and luxurious room with beautiful views, huge balconies, super comfy beds and everything was great. There where a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge too.

The staff has always been top-class, and the facilities were great. The location offered was excellent very close to the beach and the view, and the center of the grid.

The location was amazing and right at downtown. The staff was excellent and affable. The room was stocked, reasonably large, and included a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.
